| The little boy inside of him Makes my heart skip a beat The man I love is wonderful But the child in him's so sweet The man inside is struggling To Take control of things Only I can see his softer side His heart is made of Angel Wings At night when he is sleeping I'm watching quietly over him I tuck the covers all around And cater to his every whim He may sometimes be a little boy But in his heart , he is all man And when he's out of sorts He knows I'll always understand He's wound around my heart And my heart is filled with joy I love my wondrous man But I also love the little boy The one who brings me flowers When spring first does arrive He makes me laugh all through the day And makes my body feel alive I will always love him Until the very end of time Little boy or grown up man I'm happy that he's mine Written by Susan Jane Kahon July 26 2002 ICU!!!!! 10:16pm CST |
