| Please allow me to love you If you need a rainbow bright I'll bring you one by morning And a golden star ..tonight... Although I may not be there with you The prettiest hues spell out your name A million colors flash across the sky To greet the sun's morning flame I would paint you that rainbow And make it sweet , if I'm allowed Hoping you could see it's wonder And feel all of my love, somehow... If you ever need a softer touch That could prove to you just who you are One that trembles at the thought of love You don't have to look very far Your eyes can close so gently In the moon's light of silver night Bringing another session of golden dreams To follow through at morning's light Of you, I am so very certain For I hear the song played in your heart Honesty is the revelation Of a melody, only you could start It would take no great composer Just take a look at my pure words The greatest music ever played From my own pen..is heard......
